Your role

• Process and complete large volumes of activities related to client service lifecycle (e.g., opportunity and engagement creation, billing, and collections)
• Manage mailboxes for each team you’ll handle and ensure to meet all SLAs given by the onshore team/
• Working independently and as part of a team to ensure a consistent and timely activity output
• Communicate status updates as needed to continuously advance service delivery
• Gain a strong knowledge of the service line and the engagement, EY’s structure, key personnel, and EY’s policies/procedures
• Assist and complete ad-hoc requests with minimal disruption to your work
• Prepare WIP reports for the team to know the status of their engagements and other ad-hoc reports
• Identify process improvements and provide solutions by way of automation and/or simplifying the process using resources at hand.

• Prosple salary range Php15,000 to 20,000
