Your role
You will conduct a recruiting and onboarding orientation prior to their actual immersion to help them learn the ropes in the Talent Team.
The interns will provide general support to the Talent Team from planning and execution of recruiting-related projects and events.
You will support the campus recruiters on day-to-day virtual recruitment, from candidate interviews and online assessment administration, scheduling with the hiring managers, and consolidating the reports necessary to analyze the hiring trend and improve the sourcing strategies of the team.
You will also provide support in campus-related activities including but not limited to virtual job fairs, acquisition of graduate listings, online university talks, and assisting in internship program initiatives.
