Your role

• Provide reactive and proactive level I and II trade application support to FactSet users via phone, email, and remote assistance
• Resolve client issues with workflow, usage, installation, connectivity, crashing, slowness, security, and Office Integration
• Monitor Salesforce Cases for client issues and alerts emails that reached to team mailbox. Resolve client issues and escalate if required.
• Work on the roaster in our 24*6 schedule.

About you

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English. Capable to articulate the problem to internal escalation points and explain the solution to a complex issue.
• Excellent time and task management abilities; Self-motivated with good discipline.
• To create documents for fellow team members.
• Hands-on experience with FIX protocol, EMS/OMS, and other financial software is highly preferred
• Knowledge of financial markets
• Knowledge in Citrix, network, Linux, and Java
