They are seeking graduates from the class of 2023 or 2024 with a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree to join the dynamic team.

Educational Background:

• Graduates with experience or interest in business and people relations and what they are looking for, however relevant degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
• High academic performance and/or strong recommendations from professors are a plus.

They will be assessing applications immediately and progressing candidates who meet the program eligibility criteria. All applications will be reviewed.

• You will be asked to create a VideoAsk to introduce yourself and for us to get to know you better.
• You will be asked to accomplish a written assessment to evaluate your problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and written communication ability.
•  You will be invited for a virtual interview to assess your accountability, resiliency, and communication skills.
• You will be invited to a simulation/role-play assessment to evaluate your interpersonal skills, active listening, and curiosity.
• Finally, you will be invited to a panel interview to assess your resourcefulness, confidence, teamwork, and cultural fit.
