About the role:

The Remedial Officer is responsible for recovering from delinquent accounts through the litigation process:

• Facilitates the recovery of delinquent accounts through the litigation/case filing process.
• Represents First Circle in court proceedings. Executes complaint affidavit on behalf of the firm and acts as a witness when needed.
• Draft legal documents required for the litigation process
• Monitor accounts under litigation and negotiates settlement plan with the customer
• Develop strategies that can help the Team achieve their KPIs
• Prepare reports regarding accounts and hearing proceedings
• Prepare and safely keep documents and pieces of evidence needed for case filing
