Your role

As a Remedial Officer, you will play a pivotal part in representing First Circle in court professionally and precisely, turning challenges into opportunities for resolution and growth.

The Remedial Officer is responsible for recovering from delinquent accounts through the litigation process:

• Facilitates the recovery of delinquent accounts through the litigation/case filing process.
• Represents First Circle in court proceedings. Executes complaint affidavit on behalf of the firm and acts as a witness when needed.
• Draft legal documents required for the litigation process.
• Monitor accounts under litigation and negotiate settlement plans with the customer.
• Develop strategies that can help the Team achieve their KPIs.
• Prepare reports regarding accounts and hearing proceedings.
• Prepare and safely keep documents and pieces of evidence needed for case filing.

About you

Essential requirements for this role include:

• Fresh graduates from any course are welcome to apply!
• Knowledge in the litigation and/or collections field is preferred but not required.
• Amenable to working on site 5 days per week, reporting from 7 AM to 4 PM.
