Your role & responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will play a vital role in coordinating schedules, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with leasing management tasks. You will have the chance to work directly with the top management. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Efficiently manage executives' calendars, ensuring alignment with scheduled activities and meetings to maximize productivity and time management.
  • Travel Logistics: Handle the filing of travel documents and assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including bookings and itinerary management, to ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences for executives.
  • Leasing Management Support: Assist in leasing management tasks, including document filing and organization, to contribute to the efficient operation of the leasing processes.
  • Research and Information Supply: Conduct research and gather relevant information as needed to support executives in making informed decisions and executing tasks effectively.
  • Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to assist with various tasks across different areas of operations.

About you

What they are looking for:

  • Undergraduate or graduating student in any Business, AB English, Political Science, or Organizational Communication-related course.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Excel, Google Applications, and conducting online research to gather information efficiently.
  • Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days a week at the office location in BGC, Taguig.
