Your role & responsibilities

The Accounting Associate / Jr. Accountant will work closely with the Government section head under the Accounting department. He/she will be handling Government compliance tasks and general accounting tasks related to Government accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring of Government Permits for renewal and new registrations
• Preparation of some Government related accounting entries, balance sheet schedules, and reconciliations
• Act as government team support for some clerical task

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• At least 1-year experience in Government errand or general accounting is a plus
• Working knowledge of general accounting principles
• Willing to do BIR / City Hall and other Government offices errand
• Analytical and keen on details
• Independent and self-driven
• Can act quickly and communicate effectively
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
• Love adopting new technology and software tools (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, etc): They are always on the lookout for new tools that will make their own work more efficient
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
