Your role

Sales Operations Associate Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with the principal designer, providing valuable assistance in organizing and keeping track of daily tasks and pending requests.
  • Efficiently encode and process orders in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date transaction records.
  • Deliver exemplary assistance in showroom sales, engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
  • Monitor and maintain clients' accounts and documentary files, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to established timelines.
  • Proactively manage daily tasks, closely monitoring account progress, and ensuring that key deadlines are met effectively.
  • Coordinate harmoniously with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill account requirements and exceed client expectations.
  • Uphold and verify the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the sales process, maintaining consistency and excellence.

Guest Ambassador Tasks:

  • Extend a warm welcome to VIP guests and clients as they enter the building lobby, creating a positive and inviting first impression.
  • Gather initial requirements and pertinent information from clients, ensuring personalized attention and service.
  • Assist guests and clients in accessing elevators, showrooms, and offices, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Provide a brief introduction to the showroom and the prestigious brands that carry it when necessary, showcasing commitment to luxury.
  • Endorse clients to the relevant department or employee, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
  • Support designers with client information, quotation entry, and other related tasks, fostering efficient client interactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client monitoring and tracking, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Handle and direct external calls to appropriate individuals and departments, enhancing communication efficiency.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in any reputable business-related course, reflecting your strong educational background.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, showcasing your ability to utilize digital tools effectively.
  • Experience with Google Suites applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated selling and negotiation skills, with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly personable and creative, adding a touch of artistry to your approach and design solutions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, meticulously managing tasks to ensure flawless execution.
  • Willingness to work a 5-day work week with flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend commitments.
