Your role

Focus Global Inc is seeking talented and determined individuals to fill the role of Scheduling Adviser in their office in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

• Responding to service schedule requests of Customer Relations Associates
• Creating daily site inspection, installation and services schedule for the whole Service Department
• Monitoring vehicle for repairs, for PMS and for registration
• Performing administrative role and constantly engaged in after-sales functions of the business

About you

To be considered for the position, aspiring candidates must possess the following requirements and qualities:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, Transportation Management or logistics related courses or equivalent from any reputable universities
• This position is open to fresh graduates with good scholastic records
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
