Your responsibilities

• Courier Management
• Receiving and dispatching of documents to service providers and all related tasks under courier management.
• Receiving of parcels, courier envelopes, and turning over to personnel in charge.
• Accomplishing transmittal requests
• Handling all related tasks in the ICC follow-up to DTI-BPS and assisting with the inspection under ICC compliance management.
• Assisting with payable and records management
• Contacting suppliers for billing and other attachments.
• Receiving billing and doing turnovers to personnel in-charge
• Assisting with all the tasks related to files safekeeping
