Your role & responsibilities

  • Social Media Management - Assist in managing the company's social media channels, creating engaging content related to job openings, company initiatives, employee features, and success stories.
  • Job Descriptions - Update and refine job descriptions to align with their employer brand messaging.
  • Research - Study employer branding strategies used in similar industries and identify channels for promotion.
  • Career Portal Improvements - Collaborate in enhancing the user experience of their career portal and address formatting issues.
  • Build and Expand Database - Research and compile a comprehensive database of student organizations at various universities, with a focus on diversifying the reach beyond the current partner institutions.
  • Talent Market Research - Conduct research to identify universities known for specific courses and determine which student organizations align with their recruitment goals.
  • Competitor Analysis - Find out how companies in the same industry attract fresh graduates and provide insights into best practices.
  • Feedback Collection - Collect feedback from recent hires regarding their recruitment experience, their reasons for choosing the company, and factors that influenced their decision.
  • Campus Visits - Identify target universities and coordinate campus visit plans for the upcoming recruitment cycle.
