Your role & responsibilities

As a Technical Design Specialist for Orama and ADL at Focus Global, you will be part of a team that transforms ordinary living spaces into luxurious abodes. They are seeking a highly motivated and persistent individual who can craft detailed shop drawings, assist in the generation of captivating rendering presentations, and ensure the seamless translation of design concepts into successful installations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop technical drawings, renderings, and specifications for Product Specialists
• Ensure technical integrity and structural soundness of designs
• Maintain premium brand standards in presentation materials
• Create comprehensive shop drawings for installations
• Manage client relationships by delivering documents, reviewing proposals, and conveying company policies
• Provide post-sales support and generate project documents
• Validate technical accuracy of Product Specialists’ orders
• Oversee project management and participate in on-site meetings
• Ensure complete delivery and installation of client projects

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering from a reputable university
• Proficiency in design principles, spatial planning, and furniture layout
• Competence in designing software for effective presentation creation
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
• Familiarity with CAD, Photoshop, VRAY, and SketchUp
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
