Your role

As a Project Management Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting the seasoned Project Manager, ensuring precise adherence to project specifications, timelines, and effective communication with the delivery team.

Internship Role:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to facilitate the successful execution of projects.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct thorough manual testing of project deliverables to validate functionality and user experience.
• Foster clear and consistent communication with the project delivery team and other stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of project-related issues.
• Engage in project documentation, maintaining accurate records of project progress.
• Participate in project meetings and provide valuable insights and support.

About you

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications. While not mandatory, possessing more of these is advantageous:

• Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript/React.
• Experience with a website builder like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
• Experience building web pages or web applications for school or side projects.
• Previous exposure to project management tools; Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Linear
• Experience in coordinating tasks or projects, either academically or through extracurricular activities.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
