Your role

As a Growth Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping a data-driven strategy for all the incentives utilized across all our new verticals. You will assist the Growth team’s initiatives towards driving more platform orders and users in the most cost-effective and efficient way.

• Identify quantitative and qualitative insights to inform Foodpanda’s overall demand and incentive strategy for its new verticals
• Support the planning, monitoring, and impact analysis of key projects linked to the incentive budget
• Build scalable processes around the deployment of deals, discounts, and other demand-generating activities
• Perform competitive analysis and recommend action points
• Manage stakeholders across content, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the execution of projects

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong academic record
• Good business acumen
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
• Open to fresh graduates; 1-2 years of experience in a strategy and analytics role is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is preferred (don’t worry, this is something you can learn!
