Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Vendor Experience team in ensuring that vendors are updated with the latest news and deals from foodpanda
• Create and curate content to increase vendor engagement through different communications channels
• Assist in conducting webinars and focus group discussions to develop vendor information and participation

Requirements

• Experience in content writing e.g. newspapers, freelance writing jobs, websites ,blogs
• Knowledgeable about Google Suite
• Plus points for basic knowledge in HTML, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or any designing tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and must have a customer-oriented mindset
• Creative, solutions driven mindset, with a can-do attitude
