Your role

In this role, you will have the key responsibilities below:

• Assist the Rider Compliance Team in identifying riders' non-compliance issues and ensure they follow the daily delivery processes.
• Create analyses on rider behavior directly affecting their compliance with the delivery processes and protocols.
• Help design, pilot, and evaluate new SOPs that will improve the current Rider Compliance system.

About you

What you need to be successful:

• Currently a student from any Bachelor's degree/course
• Can render at least 350+ academic required internship hours
• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and similar software
• Has strong data analysis skills
• An incumbent who is available to join us online 40 hours a week (may include weekends)
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
