Your role

This position requires you to handle the following responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and update the People database
• Create reports and presentations through the guidance of the Senior People Business Partner/HRBP Senior Manager
• Provide support in organizing events and engagement programs
• Provide support in creating key visuals or digital collaterals
• Research and present new or upcoming HR trends

About you

What you need to be successful:

• Currently taking up a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
• Proficient in Google Suites, Canva (or any creative software/tools)
• Must be an ACADEMIC Internship.
• Organized and Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills - English and Tagalog, outgoing people person
• Self-starter and creative thinker
