Our program is offered to fresh graduates in the following engineering fields: Civil, Chemical, Coastal, Electrical, Materials, Mechanical, Geotechnical and Sanitary to join our Graduate Program across our Makati, Quezon City and Cebu offices

Who are we looking for?

Our program is offered to fresh graduates in the following engineering fields: Civil, Chemical, Coastal, Electrical, Materials, Mechanical, Geotechnical and Sanitary to join our Graduate Program across our Makati, Quezon City and Cebu offices.

We have opportunities across the following business groups. If you have a preference for one or more of these areas, you’ll be able to highlight this in your application.

• Energy (Transmission & Distribution, Substation Engineering, Renewables)
• Marine & Materials Technology (Marine Engineering, Materials Technology, Project Management, Coastal Engineering)
• Water (Hydrology, Surface Water, Infrastructure & Design, Stormwater, Wastewater Treatment, Process Engineering, Project Management)
• Structures (Facilities, Infrastructure & Design, Bridges, Buildings, Large-scale residential, Project Management)
• Geotech & Geology (Underground/Tunneling Geotechnics, Mine Geology, Construction/Stabilisation Design and Management)
• Mining and Civil (Drainage, Land Development, Landfill Design, Mining Engineering, Project Management)
• Building Engineering (Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety)

Qualifications:

• Graduates of the Year 2021-2022 acquiring the relevant academic degree
• With zero to less than a year of relevant work experience
• Having the relevant license is a plus, but not required

Outside of the technical development you’ll gain working within your team, you’ll also join GHD’s Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program is a globally aligned learning framework where you’ll interact with graduates across different regions. It has been designed for future portability, so that no matter where your graduate position in GHD takes you, your learning experience will be impactful and consistent.

During the two-year program, you’ll learn about our business and our values, your team and most importantly, yourself. You’ll develop your decision-making, communication, technical and leadership skills. We offer personal mentoring and a variety of development activities.
