- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- With at least 3-5years experience in related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of operating principles, practices, and procedures within an area of business specialty
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems required
- Familiar with various backup products, RAID, and disaster recovery.
- Good understanding of hardware and hardware technologies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Sonicwall, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, firewalls, routing and switching.
- Relevant and current certifications a plus
- Previous server administration a plus
