- Responsible for Shopee/Lazada Online Store Operations
- Carry out store product listing, inventory inspection, and product evaluation management (applies for and participates in platform activities to improve store health, platform ads & sales)
- Communicate with Shopee/Lazada store managers to expand more promotional resources
- Collaborates with Customer Service Representatives and other teams to resolve buyer issues, follow up on shipments, returns/refunds, and other matters
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in operations, experienced in online store operation is preferred.
- Ability to handle complex tasks in dynamic environments
- Strong goal orientation and strong execution
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing proficient in English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
