Job description:
Communication with passengers and airline partners for ticketing needs
Process ticket issuance, exchanges and refunds in all GDSs (Sabre and Amadeus)
Effective and timely communication with clients on concerns, inquiries, and booking management as needed by providing relevant service information available.
Answering queries through channels raised via phone, chat, and/or email
Proactive suggestion of channels of marketing to widen service reach
Cold emails and mass messaging to partners and clients on service provisions
