Your role

HCM Nexus is looking for a Benefits Coordinator who will be given hands-on experience in the following key responsibilities:

• Provides support to the subsequent day to day patient care coordination, administrative and documentation requirements of the assigned client company site.
• Attends to clients’ requests, complaints and concerns and ensures prompt responses to clients
• Coordinates with insurers on all client related concerns
• Performs other duties assigned by their immediate superior from time to time.

About you

Successful candidates possess below qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferably Business-related course
• Medical related course an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Has good communication skills
