Your role

• Work on creative projects for eCommerce and social media campaigns
• Source materials needed for projects from various sources
• Organize and consolidate files and information for designers
• Check artwork materials for accuracy and functionality in design software
• Upload and tag assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or SharePoint
• Collaborate with colleagues to set up a 3D Library in DAM
• Support the Inhouse Agency in various creative tasks and initiatives

About you

Your skills:

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Marketing, Communication Arts, or other related courses
• Preferably with prior internship experience in e-commerce and social media campaigns
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, and Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design) are required
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to working on a hybrid setup (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and rendering at least 300 hours of internship
