Your role

As a Documentation and Digital Projects Intern, you are responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance process documentation for Henkel IT Services and Global operations.
• Manage Signavio licenses for the process modeling community.
• Implement a structured task management system for operational efficiency.
• Improve UI/UX skills to suggest enhancements for the internal Project Portfolio Management tool.
• Overhaul team SharePoint platform for improved collaboration.
• Support IT invoice verification when required.
• Coordinate daily management of Signavio licenses and assist in compliance with internal guidelines and regulations.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 software is required.
• Background in Signavio is an advantage.
• Experience in Project Management is needed.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and Programming is required.
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills.
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
