Finance Controlling Intern null

Your role

• Responsible for filing supplier invoices and official receipts accurately and efficiently.
• Conducts balance sheet reconciliations and vendor reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support and assist with preparing the 2023 audited financial statements and processing excess input VAT refunds.
• Contribute to conceptualizing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the financial controlling processes.

About you

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
• Knowledge of MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); With a basic understating of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Preferably with Continuous Improvement mindset
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to working on a hybrid setup (combination of work from home and onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna) and rendering at least 300 hours of internship
