Your role

  • Support day-to-day HR operations for Global Payroll training, communication, and coordination.
  • Assist in administering Global Payroll training programs and communication strategies, including planning, execution, project implementation, feedback collection, and workshop documentation.
  • Participate in various internal process improvements, communication initiatives, and projects related to Global Payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery and communication practices across the global payroll function.

About you

Your skills:

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts, or other related courses.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe InDesign / Adobe Premier for basic design and video development tasks.
  • Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing materials.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic copywriting skills for crafting engaging and informative content.
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes.
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
  • Must be able to render at least four (4) months of on-the-job training or internship.
