Your role

  • Support day-to-day operations related to total rewards topics.
  • Organize the benefits of shared drive and documents to support more efficient team collaboration and execution of work.
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to the employee share plan.
  • Address general queries related to the global incentive plans.
  • Opportunity to participate and collaborate in various internal process improvements and Total Rewards projects and initiatives.
  • Assess and support changes on the SharePoint webpage for Total Rewards.

About you

Your skills:

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related courses.
  • Preferably with prior internship experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes.
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
  • Amenable to working on a hybrid setup (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati).
