Your role

Henkel Philippines is looking for a dedicated Invoice Countering Intern who is passionate in getting the exposure and deep understanding of how large, influential organizations operate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in invoice countering, filing, and scanning
• Follow up and monitor Proof of Delivery from 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) vs. SAP generated invoices
• Ensure accurate uploading of invoices in customer portal
• Provide support in the maintenance and enhancement of invoice countering monitoring file in Excel

About you

These are the qualifications:

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
• Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); With basic understating of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Preferably with continuous Improvement mindset
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna) and render at least 300 hours of internship
