Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate creation and update of different activities as defined in the service level agreement (e.g. local material master data views in SAP system, International Data Harmonization-IDH creation)
• Responsible for deletion and reactivation of materials as well as handling of mass uploads
• Responsible for various coordination in gathering the information needed for material master data maintenance in SAP (including answering of queries/emails, monitoring of workflows and sending of announcements for activated materials)
• Responsible for generating master data download/reports and executing master data clean up needed by the business
• Responsible for project execution related to local material master data maintenance

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field 
• Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Master Data Management from a shared service industry
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; SAP MM (Materials Management) experience is highly preferred
• Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma or Time and Motion Studies), Project Management, and in any of the following digital skills (VBA Macros, SAP scripting, Power BI, Blue Prism) is highly preferred
• Has an excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details

• Must be amenable to work on a full night shift schedule (8PM - 5AM), following PH holidays
