Responsibilities

• Responsible for contacting customers to secure necessary documentation for the unknown deductions 
• Responsible for validating and resolving identified customer disputes
• Responsible for document collections and contacting the customer for repayment for invalid disputes
• Responsible for finding unknown deductions that are assigned to Manila portfolio

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent courses 
• Preferably a minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in Accounts Receivable Deductions
• Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge is required; Knowledge in SAP, SAP scripting, Macros/VBA is an advantage
• Must have good English communication skills; Project management experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Amenable to work on night shift 09:00PM - 06:00AM following PH and US holidays
