Responsibilities
Monitor topics covered by Henkel internal chatbot; Coordinate with Process Experts and Developers for updates and implementation.
Conceptualize and create informative/ promotional communications for the internal and external audience (e.g. new Henkel office updates).
Support in implementing Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities (e.g. safety training, BCP testing).
Assist Data Privacy Officer in reviewing, auditing, and implementing initiatives on data privacy to ensure full compliance with European and Philippine Data Privacy Laws.
Provide administrative support in organizing meetings (invites, topics, speakers, etc.), creating surveys, generating reports, and analyzing outputs.
Qualifications
Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university Studying Business Studies/Administration/Management or relevant courses.
Knowledge of MS Office software required; Experience in using Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred.
Proficient in both oral and written English communication; With skills in Project Management, Presentation, and Research.
Must have skills in organization and collaboration and should be keen on details.
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
Amenable to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati, and render a minimum of 300 hours for Internship.
