Responsibilities
Assist the Henkel Philippines Sales team in internal discussions to get an allocation and follow up on orders and shipments (for production-use or samples).
Communicate with Henkel customers externally to provide timely updates.
Provide support in business development and ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university Studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related courses.
Preferably with prior internship experience in Order Management or Sales field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills.
Should be a fast learner, able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes.
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
Amenable to work on a fully remote internship and render for a period of at least 3 months.
