The company's office space is very conducive for working should the employees need to work onsite. We can stay at any cubicle to work, the ambiance is light and nice, spacious, and the people are amazing!

i have visited the office at least 3 times, since we are on a remote set up.

The office is situated in BGC, which is a significant distance from my residence in Quezon City. The facilities are generally satisfactory, and there's minimal wait time for amenities like restrooms due to the fewer number of night shift employees compared to daytime staff. The dress code is typically casual and respectable, fostering a relaxed work atmosphere.

Currently office space is more than sufficient as most of us work from home. Dress code if not meeting clients can be casual.

Company equipment is lacking and outdated compared to other IT offices, no strict dress code

Our office is located in the business district - BGC, Taguig. Good location and office space. We can wear smart casual as our dress code.

Our office in BGC is located in a vibrant area which is approximately 5 to 10 minutes away from the bus stop. Inside our office, we have well-maintained meeting rooms, a pantry and comfortable break areas which provide a welcoming space for relaxation and informal discussions.

Too dull and lonely when looking at the interior. Could be brighter and more modern.

Office is good but would've been great if it will be renovated a bit.

Definitely could improve more in terms of office equipment, especially the shortage of external monitors in our office, which is a must when your work is mainly about systems/technology. In terms of office space, could also be improved and maybe management could invest on minor renovations or upgrades in the office layout. Like tables and chairs can be more up to date. The design of the office space can be more welcoming, since sometimes there are alot of lights but still seems to be dark. A design that can make you actually more excited to go to the office. In terms of location, I have no problem with that personally since I live somehow close to our office (30 min to 1 hour drive). I do like that our office location is inside the main business district, because there alot of areas to go to after work hours like nice restaurants, malls and accessible banks. For the dress code, not anything too specific imposed on us. We can wear any semi-casual to formal clothes, based on personal preference. I do know that our company is supportive to the LGBT community, so we don't have any judgement on anyone's style choices regardless of gender/sexuality. As long as everyone is wearing appropriate clothes, like not wearing flip flops, too provocative, I think it's fine.

It's nice but I don't get to go there often. Dress code is typical.

Location is good. office could have be brighter and more branding inside the offices would be beneficial.

It's good that there is coffee and bananas/snacks in the pantry. The dress code is casual, which is good because we don't have to prepare too much on what to wear.

I think its high time to bring back water dispensers. Because right now, the source of our waters is through a water plastic bottle. For me, as a nature lover, I think it is best if we can just refill our tumbler/water jug instead of getting water plastic bottle each time we are thirsty. I am not a fan of water plastic bottle. As much as possible, I just want to refill my tumbler/water jug. Also, I think the management will save more money if we can bring back the water dispensers so we can just refill our tumblers/water jug.

Management is not strict on dress code but just make sure to be dressed in a professional way.

Hitachi Solutions provides sufficient office space that meets our needs and contributes to a comfortable working environment and there's enough room to carry out tasks efficiently. Additionally, the pantry is adequate, ensuring that we have the essentials like coffee and snacks as well as a pleasant space for breaks and meals. As for the dress code, Hitachi Solutions has a casual/professional/business casual dress policy. Employees have the flexibility to express their personal style within the bounds of professional attire.

Our office is great just have some few things that needs to be improved like the parking spots are limited, the pantry can only accommodate 10-15 people so our team of 25 people can't eat together in the pantry, desks are too far apart from each other, and sometimes the air conditioning is not as cold as I got accustomed to.

The office follows a smart casual dress code which I think is the most appropriate in our work set up. The weather in the Philippines is very humid and it will be difficult to have a strict formal attire if that would be mandated. Nevertheless, we dress more formal if we have meetings and gatherings
