Job Description and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree – Office Administration, Legal Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related courses
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
• Handle market participant registration for WESM, RCOA and /or GEOP which includes receipt and assessment of applications, coordination with the relevant personnel/parties. Maintenance and publication of the registry list and other registration-related processes
• Handle post-registration transactions of WESM/RCOA/GEOP participants (customer switching, monitoring of continuing compliance, cessation/deregistration/suspension, contract extensions, contact database updating, etc.)
• Continuous management of the registered accounts of Registered Members and their compliances with the existing Market Rules and relevant DOE issued policies or ERC issued resolutions
• Preparation of IEMOP’s reportorial requirements in compliance with the Retail Rules and GEOP Rules
• Perform other Stakeholder Services (sending advisories, report preparation, transactional survey, etc.)
