- College degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably with license.
- At least 2 -4 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building trades, safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
- With strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Keen to details and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
- To be assigned in Marikina Campus
