Your role 

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will be a key participant in the preparation and calculation of commissions and bonus earnings for the EMEA sales teams at Infor.

  • Analysis and preparation of Accrual and Deferral data
  • Preparation of monthly commission and bonus statements
  • Accumulate and analyze sales data from multiple resources
  • Prepare, format, and upload sales, payroll, and payment data into the Incentive Tracking System
  • Generate, review and approve commission statements in the Infor Commission System
  • Interact with internal Reps to resolve open commission and bonus issues
  • Assist in the monthly close process
  • Participate in special projects and work with Development, and IT to create efficiencies within Infor’s commission system
  • Ad Hoc reporting

About you 

  • Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar would be desirable, however not compulsory
  • Candidate must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
