Your role & responsibilities

• Utilizes education and basic skills to define and/or address customer needs and implement software products. 
• The primary focus is on developing consulting skills and learning company policies and procedures as well as specific products and/or industries.
• Works with smaller and/or less complex customers.  May assist more experienced consultants with customer implementations to broaden consulting skills.
• Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. 
• Guidance and instruction are readily available and work is closely monitored until the incumbent exhibits the necessary skills and confidence to handle projects more independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology
• Ability to present results and strategy to teams while considering a variety of knowledge levels within the audience
• Excellent writing, analytical, and project management skills
