Your role

• Provides administrative support to HR Ops such as document filing and benefits administration (e.g. sorting of HMO cards, sorting and scanning of final/exit documentation for 201 files)
• Logistics POC for onboarding: sending invites for NEO, and ET Onboarding, sending NEO and ET survey, room set-up and attendance on the day of activity
• Assists HR team with company activities or events
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the HR Ops team
• Assists team in HR team’s office supplies inventory

About you 

• Taking up a course in BS Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent.
• Can render a minimum of 300 hours 
• Amenable to work in BGC on a daily basis between 9 am-6 pm
• Interested to help out with admin tasks, and employee engagement activities.
• Allowance is provided at the end of the internship
