Your role

As a Customer Support Associate, your job scope includes the following:

  • Follow Worldwide Sporting events.
  • Attend to all Sports analysis platform-related inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries through emails or any of the company portals
  • Coordinate with different departments on inquiries and concerns about the Sports analysis platform.
  • Provides necessary updates and reports on service deliveries for clients.

About you
