Quality Assurance - Logistics Associate null

Your role

As a part of the Logistic Team, you will be responsible for the following duties below:

• Develop and refine operational procedures, programs, and platforms to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Investigate operational incidents, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Research and develop processes to ensure service compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide commercial and operational support across the logistics team and other departments.
• Create detailed event coverage reports and perform operational quality checks to maintain high standards.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Basic understanding of Project and Operations Management principles.
• Strong command of English, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Exceptional numerical, logical, and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
