Customer Supply Chain Specialist serves as the point of contact from order management to delivery by our customers, an end-to-end process ensuring achievement of optimum Customer Service Level and Cost to Serve. The function also involves developing good and effective work relationships with its internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities
Obtaining orders via EDI, WebPO/EPO, and providing timely order acceptance and processing.
Professional understanding and restraint towards customer complaints.
Adept in the use SAP/WebPO Systems from order to cash/billing specifically Sales Distribution (SD) Order processing module.
Completion of accurate and correct sourcing of orders for quality order fulfillment.
Provide accurate data to measure customer service level per chain aligned with customer metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other Business-related courses
Time Management, Accuracy in Encoding, Computer Literate, Good communication, and interpersonal skill
Previous experience in Customer Service, especially with customer-facing exposure, is preferred.
