- Primary lead in sourcing high-value, high-volume materials, and services.
- Negotiates prices, terms, giving the best profit and cost structure for the company using internal and external benchmarking;
- Evaluate vendor performance based on agreed Key Performance Indicators and recommends actions to the Procurement Head.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any business, engineering, or science course. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering is an advantage.
- With at least 5 years of procurement experience.
- Experienced in high spend commodities hedging, souring for manufacturing services and support, CAPEX purchase negotiations
- Skills Required: Mid-level Purchasing Expert, Team Capability Development, Strategic Ability, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Achievement
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna and/or Pasig
