Assists in conducting laboratory and production trials for testing for validation, and monitors and reviews manufacturing processes that affect product quality.
Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of food safety and quality systems for supplier quality development and validation of in-process products and processes.
Ensures that proper sampling techniques are used in the evaluation of materials and products.
Supports HACCP Documentation and Preparation.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, and Biology
Knowledgeable in performing different laboratory works/practices.
Can perform basic computation, basic microbiological analysis
With working knowledge in Food Safety Management System/HACCP
Strong analytical and planning Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
