Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or any Business-related program
- High performing talents with exceptional rating in the last performance cycle
- Not more than 2 years of professional work experience
- Exceptional leadership
- High learning agility and resilience
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Availability to join as a cohort by January 2022
