- Work closely with Strategic Buyers and provide accurate and timely support on going key activities
- Contract Creation - creating contracts in the system and sending the final approved PDF
- Contract Modification - contract changing based on received information from buyers
- Contract Reporting - Prepare periodic and on demand reports concerning expired contracts, missed items in agreement, quantity check etc. based on the information extracted from SAP BW (Business Warehouse).
- CLM Contract management - creating and changing contracts in CLM system and follow up
- Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices.
- Participate in monitoring of the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's)
- Participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement
Requirements
- College graduate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with SAP system a plus
- Has demonstrated the ability to work with others as a team player
