Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Strategic Buyers and provide accurate and timely support on going key activities
  • Contract Creation - creating contracts in the system and sending the final approved PDF
  • Contract Modification - contract changing based on received information from buyers
  • Contract Reporting - Prepare periodic and on demand reports concerning expired contracts, missed items in agreement, quantity check etc. based on the information extracted from SAP BW (Business Warehouse).
  • CLM Contract management -  creating and changing contracts in CLM system and follow up
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices. 
  • Participate in monitoring of the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's)
  • Participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement

Requirements

  • College graduate or equivalent 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working with SAP system a plus
  • Has demonstrated the ability to work with others as a team player
