Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and execute end-user role assignment requests based on market agreed on procedures/policies
  • Collaborates with market Internal Control or Control Framework team on role assignment concerns like SOD, role-on-top and cross-market role requests.
  • Performs End User Role localization and ensures it is delivered on time.
  • Execute Role Variant creation and update in PRAM.
  • Raise an RDS based on the input received from Analysts or Market Role Links.
  • Documents all requests/activities in the ticket management tool following defined standards and best practices.
  • Ensures timely resolution of all tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensures timely response to emails sent to the group's generic mailbox.
  • First level analysis of issues related to authorization such as SU53 interpretation, role assignment, or activity types.
  • Updates CATS in a timely manner.
  • Create/review/update Standard Routines
  • Continuous awareness and adherence to GLOBE standards, control best practices, and risk and control procedures.
  • Deliver process improvement initiatives.
  • Performs other tasks that can be assigned in relation to the agreed developmental plan or that can be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's and Associate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, Management, and Technology.
