Your responsibilities

• Maintain information and execute the action in the system
• Coordinate actions and/or data with the relevant parties in the process
• Generate reports and observe timely submission
• Conduct regular data quality monitoring

• Active participation in continuous improvement activities, working together with the team to review and improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the process

About you

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
• Ability to learn new concepts and processes in a short period
• Experience in data administration and reporting
• Experience in customer/client management
• Experience in using office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
• Good English communication and presentation skills
• Analytical skills, Agile and resilient, Detail oriented
• Willing to be assigned to any shift schedule
