Your responsibilities
Engage with HCM technology employees, employing a high degree of tact and diplomacy to promote a positive image of the HCM Team. Resolves query/problem situations in a professional manner. Accurately communicates key information to support a work environment that is simple and progressive
Isolates problem trends and ensures that troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found.
Ensures operational Employee Experience Service Level Agreements, team KPI metrics, and Employee Experience channel metrics for voice, chat, and ticketing systems are met.
Maintains a central source of information/ knowledge management, enabling the Employee Experience Team and HCM specialists for process alignment.
Develops new and continuously improves existing Employee Experience Desk resource guides based on bank objectives and security policies and takes the team’s performance to the next level.
Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and graphical reporting aids are completed and continually modified to meet the department's needs.
Training & development
Security Bank Corporation has partnered with LinkedIn to provide the bank’s employees access to LinkedIn Learning (LiL), the networking site’s e-learning platform. Security Bank becomes the first Philippine bank to engage with a US-based professional networking company for their enterprise-wide e-learning services through this deal.

About you
Bachelor's degree in any course
Experience in customer support/helpdesk is an advantage
Working knowledge of bank policies
Strong customer support orientation (interaction, problem management, service management)
Basic knowledge of the helpdesk process
