About the Role

As an Insurance Assistant, you will report to the Credit Officer and supports the Operations Department in the areas of insurance, collection, and compliance with document deficiencies for insurance and other dealer related documents if needed; perform other duties that may be assigned to assist the Operations Head and/or Credit Officer.

How you'll contribute

• Attends to all requests for premium issuance and payments.
• Provides support in administration of policies/renewals/ endorsement – accounts conservation and timely renewal of expiring insurance policies.
• Prepares, monitors, and manages the movement of requests and billing of insurance. 
• Maintains and updates the list of leased assets with its insurance period coverage.
• Facilitates request from Sales Department for insurance quotations and/or endorsements directly to accredited insurance providers.
• Coordinates with Operations Assistant with regards to the submission of insurance document deficiencies for submission to CADD.
•  Assists and attends to all telephone and email inquiries regarding insurance matters and procedure.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree 
• With at least 1 year working experience in Insurance-related activities from an Insurance Company
• Organized and with good analytical skills; and
• Can work with minimum supervision.
